Role Summary:

Cyber Experts is seeking IT Recruitment Consultant for the Government recruitment. Cyber Experts is seeking a Recruiter who is specialize in the Information Technology field to recruite for the government job for the Government of Canada, and understand talent, help to develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients.

Skills Requirement:
You have knowledge or experience recruiting for Federal Government Job.
You will connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills, match them to job opportunities and develop pathways to help them achieve their career goals and put them to work,
You will us leverage of social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients and you will build relationships with them.
Your workload and take initiative to deliver on metrics and commitments without letting distractions to the success and hit your Goals.
You will grow into an expert and adapt to the fast-paced and changing world of work by staying curious, asking questions and learning more about your areas of specialty.
You will source quality candidates for multiple requisitions, including contract roles, permanent placements, and executive searches
You will perform high quality phone, and in-person interviews with potential applicants and engage as needed.
You will prepare candidate application, submission including candidate's resumes, screening notes, and additional documentation
You will preparing candidates for their interview cycles including prepareness, coaching, interview scheduling.
You will update notes and profiles acurately of leads candidate in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
You will work with CSO / ACSO to obtain permission or consent for security clearance verification, conduct background checks, reference check, coordinate start dates, and retrieve necessary documentation.
If you have recruitment experience, ideally 3
month - 1 year in an IT Recruitment agency or high-growth tech company. If you are novice in recruitment, you are welcome to apply.
